The application deadline for abstracts has now passed.

All abstracts will be peer reviewed and evaluated on their content quality, topic, applicability and appropriateness. The final decision will be made by the Abstract Committee and the Conference Organizers.

The final date, time and location of oral and poster presentations will be sent to presenters via email by August 1. To ensure consistency in the sessions and to avoid competition among the sessions addressing similar topics, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to assign the time and date of each presentation.

On Acceptance

• On notification of acceptance of an abstract by August 1, you (and your co-presenters, if any) agree to register and pay the conference registration fee by September 1, 2006.
• Accepted abstracts will only be published in the Abstract Book if the presenter registration fee has been paid by September 1, 2006.
